Requirements:
A Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie looking for progression who has been working in Hotel kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a chef who is ambitious, flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen. You must have 2 years hotel experience.
