Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Junior SolidWorks Designer to work full time on CAD projects using SolidWorks to develop 3D models and drawings for manufacturing.

You will create accurate 3D solid and surface models, drawings, and BOMs, and provide realtime renders to assist the manufacturing team. The role involves modelling curved staircases and bespoke wooden handrails, with occasional furniture work.

Qualifications

• Experience using SolidWorks to create 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Willingness to travel monthly across the UK and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate SolidWorks models and drawings for manufacturing.
• Create BOMs and renders to support production.
• Assist manufacturing team with CAD data and documentation.
• Model complex curved staircases and bespoke wooden handrails; occasional furniture work.
