Job description

As a Junior Software Engineer at AccessPay, you'll be a key player in an agile development team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS systems that connect business banking with their customers. You'll participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The goal is to create robust, scalable, and maintainable systems to meet industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our software products with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maintainability and stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with engineers to ensure quality.
  • Assist in planning technical approaches with senior engineers.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in C# .NET.
  • Experience with web API development or integration.
  • Knowledge of SQL or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Understanding of XML/JSON data formats.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture (e.g., RabbitMQ).
  • Understanding of software development principles like DRY and SOLID.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks.
  • Experience using Postman.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
