Job summary

A leading company in the Research industry is seeking a motivated junior software engineer to join their team. This role involves collaborating on platform development, building modern applications, and gaining hands-on experience with cloud services. Ideal candidates will have a familiarity with databases and a basic understanding of version control, and will benefit from mentorship by experienced engineers.

Currently working with a client in the Research industry who is looking for a motivated junior software engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development of our platform and products using .NET 8 C#, and TypeScript
• Build modern, responsive React applications
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and process data efficiently
• Gain hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud services
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Learn from and receive mentorship from experienced engineers

Requirements:

• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Basic understanding of version control (Git) and modern development workflows
