Yorkshire Talent Partners seeks a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our Newark-on-Trent team. You will assist design and development of software solutions using Unity and C++, contributing to build and maintain Windows applications.

The role requires a CS degree, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team, with a quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, lunch twice weekly, and a casual dress code in an office setting.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with UNITY and/or C++ or similar languages.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with gambling games is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of versioning software is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design and development of software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborating with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Writing clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Developing efficient and reliable UNITY and/or C++ software applications for Windows.
• Conducting rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the quality of your code.
