Are you a Junior Software Developer looking to work on a greenfield project using the latest MS technologies (.NET 8), with C# / ASP.NET? Do you want to learn and strengthen your skills under the guidance of experienced senior and lead developers?

Working for one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, based in the Northeast, you will enjoy the challenge of contributing to a mature development environment and advancing your coding career.

Title: Junior .NET Software Developer, Junior Developer, Junior “Full Stack” Developer, Junior C# Developer – some combination of these titles!

Location: Northeast, including Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Durham, with a flexible hybrid policy (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

Salary: £30K - £36K basic + 7% pension + bonus. 25 days holiday, free gym, and breakfasts!

We require evidence of the following skills or a strong desire to develop them:

• Primarily ASP.NET with C#, but involvement in all levels of our tech stack is expected, so full-stack experience is beneficial.
• JavaScript and related frameworks; some legacy React experience is a plus.
• Blazor; you will learn this.
• MS SQL, including entity framework and stored procedures.
• Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.
• Agile methodologies; experience or interest in working within Agile environments.
• Commitment to code quality, including TDD and writing meaningful unit and integration tests. Our dedicated QA team works on automation, but your involvement in testing is valued.
