Qualifications

• No specific prior work experience required; UK work permit essential.
• Bachelor's or master's degree or currently pursuing.
• Strong communication, organizational and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Email marketing: copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimization for newsletters and promotions.
• Social media growth management: manage LinkedIn, test formats, and extend to YouTube and Twitter.
• Graphic design: maintain visual identity across marketing channels.
• Website: SEO and UX optimization, developing new formats reflecting brand.
• Analytics: measure performance across channels and drive KPI improvements.
• Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
• Synergy: collaborate with other departments to highlight content and progress.
