Job summary

United Media in London is seeking a Graduate Social Media Manager to own content creation and drive growth across our social channels. You will work onsite in our HQ, collaborating with a motivated team and the CEO to push boundaries and deliver tangible results.

The role offers hands-on learning, exposure to multiple departments and travel to conferences overseas, with clear opportunities for internal progression and skill development.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or actively pursuing one.
• No prior work experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Email marketing: manage copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for newsletters and updates.
• Grow and manage LinkedIn presence and test new content formats; assist with YouTube and Twitter content.
• Own visual identity across marketing channels and ensure high-quality design outputs.
• Assist with website design, SEO activities, and UX improvements.
• Measure performance across channels and optimise KPIs.
• Manage paid advertising and PPC campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify shareable content and report progress.
