Junior Insight Analyst – Creative Agency

London, hybrid working

Up to £30K

A digital-first creative agency is seeking a Junior Insight Analyst to join its Strategy & Planning team. The role focuses on using data and cultural insights to shape creative work for major clients, with a particular focus on cosmetic and fmcg brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse social and digital data to uncover audience insights and inform creative strategy.
  • Monitor emerging social trends and suggest ways for brands to engage with them.
  • Report on campaign performance and extract learnings for future optimisation.
  • Audit brand and competitor content to identify opportunities.
  • Support the growth of the agency’s insight capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in digital culture and human behaviour.
  • Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role (ideally agency-side).
  • Willingness to explore new tools and data sources.
