Are you a Landscaper, Gardener, or similar professional looking to step into a leadership role with specialist training in a cutting-edge, growing field, while being part of a close-knit, employee-owned business that supports your long-term development?

As part of their continued growth, we're looking for someone who is hands-on, hard-working and keen to develop in a growing sector with full training provided.

In the role, you'll be based on-site, running residential and commercial jobs across the South East and occasionally further afield. You'll be involved in physical site work including herbicide treatments, excavation, and reinstatement landscaping such as turfing, planting, pruning, and clearance. You'll also support other teams across the UK, with short stays away from home as needed.
