The NHS is seeking a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse in Paediatric ED to manage nursing teams and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical oversight, and ability to coordinate within a busy emergency department, supporting both patients and nursing staff.
An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse within the Paediatric Emergency Department to develop their skills and knowledge and work within an excellent team of healthcare professionals dedicated to emergency care provision.
Candidates will have RSCN qualifications with experience at Band 6 level. They must demonstrate good leadership qualities and support a team of nurses whilst co-ordinating the flow within the department.
