Exciting opportunities have arisen at the Royal London Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust for dynamic, innovative, committed and highly skilled individuals to assist in the leadership of our Vascular (10E ward) Teams.
You must be a Registered Nurse with demonstrable commitment to your own professional development and experience of managing a ward/unit. Previous experience of 3 years as a band 5 nurse who has been supervising and leading a team is highly desirable. You will be committed to developing professional competence and helping to build skills portfolios through experiential learning and education to maximize career prospects of each team member.
The junior sister/charge nurse has delegated responsibility for the management of clinical areas including assessment of care needs, development, implementation and evaluation of care and the setting of standards on a shift.
