We are seeking a Band 6 Shift Leader for the Integrated Acute Assessment Unit (IAAU). The unit, opened in January 2024, includes specialties such as Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, and Gynaecology, with a 23-bed capacity.
This role involves leading the IAAU team effectively, managing patient flow between ED, IAAU, and wards, and rotating onto the SDEC. Training will be provided, covering areas like e-Rostering, Ulysses, sickness management, PADR, and clinical supervision.

Key Requirements: Registered nurse (Level 1), diploma in Nursing, post-registration development, mentorship qualification, and experience in a relevant area with leadership skills. Desirable qualifications include a degree in Nursing, management, and leadership qualifications.
