Job description

Aramco Trading Limited are currently recruiting for a Junior Trading Settlements Accountant to support the Finance Department.

Duties include:

  • Check, verify and process miscellaneous invoices for accounts payables and receivables.
  • Manage and process Inspection, brokerage and ancillary invoices.
  • Assisting with the daily aged debt review.
  • Enter daily key data of financial transactions in SAP.
  • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices as needed.
  • Assist in month-end reporting procedures as needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties.
  • Preparation of Control Reports.
  • Support the Settlements Team Leader.

Qualifications, experience and skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree and preferred either fully or part qualified (CIMA or ACCA).
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in use of financial IT systems.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel.
  • Possess a strong analytical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail, well organized and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
