Hawk Hiring in Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom, seeks a Junior Service Vehicle Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on workshop experience. You’ll work at a premier automotive dealership group with modern diagnostic tools, performing multi-point checks, MOT prep, brakes, suspension and steering work under the guidance of senior technicians.

We offer a great base salary (£28,000–£35,000), an uncapped monthly bonus (£300–£600), 1-on-1 mentorship, fully funded EV/Hybrid certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional hands-on workshop or garage experience is required.
• Experience in a commercial garage, dealership, or fast-fit centre is preferred.
• Active, hands-on experience in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Core repairs including multi-point health checks, MOT prep, brakes, suspension and steering work.
• Servicing and light mechanical repairs across multi-brand fleets.
• Learn factory diagnostic suites, software resets and high-voltage EV/Hybrid systems under mentorship.

• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
