Job description

We partner with leading operators across the betting industry to produce and build multilingual, best-in-class digital products and content to engage and educate customers. Reports to: Security Director

Hours: 37.5 Hour week, 5 days in 7

Job purpose:

Assist the wider team with a medley of BAU tasks, and act as a 1st line of communication to the wider business. The Junior Security Analyst will act as a representative of the Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance team, provide general assistance and deputation, help staff members with their compliance and governance needs, performing the groundwork with supervision and guidance from the greater team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Information Security Team as necessary
  • Learn how to fill out and maintain documentation and records (DPIA, LIA, Vendor Assessments, etc)
  • Learn to perform/coordinate risk review/management and maintain the Risk Register
  • Act as a communication hub, ensuring that requests and queries reach the right people across different companies
  • Assist with security internal audits to provide assurance
  • Run periodic reports and provide an overall picture of security and governance status.
  • Maintain documentation, written policies and records
  • Act as the first line for incident handling, provide information security advice
  • Be a resource for Data Protection and Information Security Awareness and education, deliver In-house/on-site training

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines, great attention to detail, and has excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with the Data Protection Act, GDPR, ITIL, ISO 27001 or any other legal or compliance framework
  • Intuitive, analytical thinking, with the ability to communicate analysis clearly
