Key Responsibilities
  1. Diary and Contact Management: Manage diaries, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence efficiently.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Handle photocopying, scanning, document management, travel arrangements, and billing processes.
  3. Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and prepare various documents and correspondence, including presentations and client materials.
