St Margaret’s School seeks an energetic Junior School Learning Enrichment Teacher to join a dynamic team. The role combines direct teaching with dedicated time to review and develop targeted provision for both high-attaining pupils and those needing additional support.

You will collaborate with the Deputy Head Academic and Head of Inclusion to shape enrichment, SEND and learning interventions across the Junior School.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct teaching across EYFS and KS1 with flexibility to move between ages and attainment levels.
• Provide targeted English and Mathematics teaching and intervention for pupils who need additional support.
• Coordinate and deliver provision for high-attaining pupils and those requiring targeted support in collaboration with senior leaders.

**Junior School Learning Enrichment Teacher****Full-time, term-time****Start date: After October half-term or January 2027**St Margaret’s is seeking an excellent and ambitious teacher to join our Junior School and play a key role in ensuring that every pupil receives the right balance of challenge, support and intervention to make excellent academic progress.This is a teaching role with a deliberately broad academic remit. You will work across the attainment range: extending and challenging our highest-attaining pupils, while also providing high-quality targeted teaching and intervention for pupils who have specific barriers to learning or require additional support.We are therefore looking for an excellent teacher first and foremost: someone with strong academic instincts, a secure understanding of how children learn and the ability to identify what an individual pupil needs next.The role combines direct teaching with dedicated time to review and develop provision for both our highest-attaining pupils and those requiring targeted support.Working closely with the Deputy Head Academic and Head of Inclusion, you will help shape, coordinate and deliver targeted provision across the Junior School.
