Job Description

About the Role

As a Junior Scheduler, working hours are 08:30 - 17:00. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating care visits, supporting our carers, and maintaining smooth daily operations. You’ll work closely with the scheduling team to:

  • Allocate care visits based on client needs and staff availability
  • Respond to last-minute changes and emergencies with calm efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with carers and clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records using our scheduling software

What We’re Looking For
