Role Title: Junior Salesforce Developer

Location: Hursley - hybrid

Salary: £40k - 45k

The Role:

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with senior developers to deliver custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities include writing Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, and implementing integrations. This role offers the chance to learn from experienced developers and work on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
2. Customising Salesforce to meet client-specific needs
3. Configuring Salesforce to integrate with other systems
4. Collaborating with senior developers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
5. Troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce issues
6. Providing ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce solutions
7. Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality

Key Skills:

1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce or a Salesforce certification
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
5. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management
7. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and data modelling
10. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
