Responsibilities

• Client enquiry handling — Manage incoming enquiries, gather missing information, maintain CRM records, and respond promptly to keep projects moving.
• Quoting & technical preparation — Develop project specifications, produce accurate quotations, create CAD/sales drawings, and source required materials.
• Project coordination — Oversee project progress from enquiry to manufacture, ensuring drawings, costings, and outputs meet client requirements.
• Client communication — Issue order confirmations, follow up on quotes and ongoing work, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sales support — Support the Head of Sales with key accounts, tenders, large projects, and feedback reporting.
