Junior Sales Executive

Salary: Up to 28K plus bonus (OTE 30K+ DOE) plus great benefits package

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Junior Sales Executive.

Purpose of the Junior Sales Role

Responsibilities

1. Sales:
   • Oversee the current pipeline and convert quotes into sales from initiation to completion.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review quotations and address data received to achieve positive outcomes.
   • Identify potential pain points and proactively find solutions to ensure successful conversions.
2. Customer Service:
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
   • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
   • Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
3. Enthusiasm:
   • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in team and client interactions.
   • Show genuine passion for the services offered and share enthusiasm with clients.
4. Accuracy and Deadline Adherence:
   • Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate.
   • Use data to provide evidence of sales trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both via phone and in person.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a passion for owning responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on target.
• Experience using CRM systems and inputting data accurately.
