The role:

We are looking for an aspiring salesperson eager to close deals, earn commissions, and provide excellent service to clients. You will start by mastering the product and sales process.

This is a unique opportunity to join a founder-led business at a key growth stage with significant momentum.

Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience, OTE £75K to £80K + Uncapped Commission

Fully remote | Occasional travel to Surrey office and client visits required

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging demos to dental and cosmetic clinics, showcasing the platform's benefits
  • Manage the full sales cycle: follow-ups, objections, closing, onboarding
  • Refine messaging and sales tactics over time
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and partners
  • Learn the full sales journey with leadership support

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in sales or business development
  • A growth mindset focused on systems and leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in demos, objection handling, and closing
  • Experience in dental, SaaS, or aesthetics is a plus but not required
