We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive / Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team in central London.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the ins and outs of SaaS sales, customer onboarding, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the sales team by chasing required documentation, preparing contracts, and reviewing pricing.
- Managing the post-sales process with prospective customers, including liaising with risk and operations teams for onboarding.
- Coordinating sales entity changes, bank detail updates, and contract amendments.
- Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients during onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Responding to customer emails, following up on queries, and supporting customers through the sales and onboarding stages.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet SLAs and ensure swift go-live timelines for new merchant accounts.
- Assisting with analysis and reviews of the sales funnel, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Building a strong understanding of our payment solutions and the wider ClearAccept product suite.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A confident, motivated, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable working towards agreed SLAs and managing multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Experience within a SaaS, IT, or payments environment.
- Previous experience supporting a sales team or in a client-facing role.
- A degree-level qualification.
