OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Sales Executive to support our London showroom team on a part-time basis working 3-4 days a week, including Saturdays.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in retail sales and customer service, eager to develop their skills within a dynamic, design-led environment.If you enjoy engaging with customers, learning about products, and being part of a vibrant showroom, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Support
  • Assist in building relationships with retail customers and trade clients
  • Support the sales team with client communications and presentations
  • Help manage customer accounts, including preparing quotations and processing orders
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service
Showroom Experience
  • Greet and engage visitors, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  • Learn about our product range, materials, and features to offer helpful advice
  • Maintain showroom standards and assist with visual merchandising
  • Support showroom events and promotions
  • Assist the sales team in achieving store sales targets
  • Help track sales activity and update customer records
  • Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and showroom performance
Requirements
  • Some experience or interest in retail sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team
  • Passion for design and interiors is a plus
  • Training and mentoring to develop your sales and product knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in a retail showroom environment
