Core Values: Guided by integrity, responsibility, innovation, and excellence, we are committed to empowering our partners to operate with confidence.

Join us in shaping the future of aviation and making an impact through technology.

Your role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative (Jr. SDR) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for graduates and those in their early careers who want to break into sales, learn from an experienced team, and grow quickly. You’ll play a vital role in helping us reach new customers across the EMEA region and learn the ropes of modern sales using the latest digital tools.

No sales experience required. What matters is your mindset, drive, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new sales leads within the aviation industry, targeting airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation regulatory agencies.

  • Use email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads.

  • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and gather initial insights about their needs.

  • Engage prospects in conversations to uncover potential areas of interest and set up qualified meetings for the Sales team.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver targeted messaging and outreach, sharing feedback on what resonates.

  • Manage and prioritize your lead pipeline in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.

  • Keep records of all interactions and activities in CRM to track progress and performance.

  • Stay up to date with industry news, trends, and competitor activity to support effective conversations with prospects.

What we’re looking for
  • A recent graduate or early-career starter excited to begin a career in sales.

  • Great communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.

  • Resilient, you don’t get discouraged by setbacks, and you keep moving forward.

  • Curious and adaptable with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.

  • Tech-friendly — comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and curious about using AI tools to make work easier and smarter.

  • Organised and motivated to hit goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, or conferences.

Location: The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely while attending in-person training sessions and team meetings as required.

Why join us
  • Make an impact: Your work will directly support safer, smarter aviation.

  • Learn & grow: Structured training, mentoring, and career progression into Senior SDR, Business Development, or Account Executive roles.

  • Cutting-edge tools: Work with AI, modern SaaS platforms, and the latest CRM systems.

  • Competitive package: Base salary + commission.

  • ️ Health & wellbeing: Private health insurance, life assurance, generous holiday, and your birthday off.

  • Your future: Company pension contributions and opportunities for rapid career growth.
