Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at the Thom Sweeney Townhouse. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and style-conscious individual who is eager to grow within a luxury menswear environment. You’ll support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and sharing our passion for modern tailoring with a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, professional welcome in line with the Thom Sweeney brand ethos.
• Assist in delivering a personalised shopping experience, understanding each customer’s needs and guiding them through our product range.
• Support senior sales staff in client appointments, fittings, and bespoke orders.
• Maintain product knowledge across ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, and accessories.
• Ensure the shop floor and fitting rooms are presented to the highest standard at all times.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Develop a strong understanding of Thom Sweeney’s aesthetic, heritage, and approach to style.
• Build client relationships and contribute to the client database through consistent follow-up and engagement.
