Edge Ltd in London is seeking enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistants to join our in-person team for face-to-face customer interactions and live promotional events across the city.

You will receive full training and ongoing coaching from day one, with clear opportunities for progression based on performance. The role is based in our Vauxhall, London office, offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment and strong team support.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Full sales and product training provided on joining the team.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events or sales is useful but not essential.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work as part of an energetic team representing well-known brands through face-to-face customer interactions and live promotional events across London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers and creating positive first impressions
• Representing clients and their products professionally
• Helping acquire new customers through face-to-face campaigns
• Developing your sales, communication and customer service skills
• Working towards individual and team goals
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
• Learning from experienced team members and progressing based on performance
