Job summary

Ascenda Global in Glasgow is seeking an entry-level Junior Marketing & Sales Associate to gain practical experience in sales, marketing and business development. You will work on live campaigns, represent client brands and engage directly with customers, with full training and ongoing support.

As you progress, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibility and move towards team leadership and management, supported by ongoing coaching and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• No marketing degree or previous sales experience required.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with others.
• Positive, motivated and willing to learn.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and able to work well within a team.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sports or other customer-facing environments can be useful, but isn't essential.
