Communicating and administrating contract changes, including additional costs to customers and internal stakeholders. Input into our CRM system, Salesforce Sales Contract creation, and sales contract amendments. Involvement in query resolution, obtaining customer feedback/satisfaction through regular surveys, liaison with suppliers/support services, and attending internal and external meetings/customer events.
Working collaboratively as part of the Sales Team, you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, sharing our desire to deliver the highest level of customer service. The Junior Sales Administrator role will work closely with the Contracts Administrator, forming an excellent working relationship while being accountable for fulfilling general sales administration and customer service tasks.
