We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Sales Assistant to join our boutique team in Chelsea, London, representing the exclusive Italian children’s fashion brand La Stupenderia.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail and grow within the fashion industry. You will be part of a warm, elegant, and customer-focused environment where attention to detail and a love for beautiful things are essential.
Key Training:

• Assist customers with high levels of service and professionalism
• Support the team in maintaining visual standards of the boutique
• Learn about the brand’s philosophy and collections
• Handle basic operational tasks (stock organization, packaging, etc.)
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming store atmosphere
• Have a genuine interest in children’s fashion and retail
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be eager to learn and grow
• Fluent in English; Arabic is appreciated (Italian is a plus)
• Proficient in PC use
