Agricultural and Farming Jobs Agency is partnering with a respected East Yorkshire rural property practice to recruit a Rural Surveyor at graduate/trainee level. You will gain hands-on experience across rural estate management, sales, valuations and renewable energy projects, with mentoring and formal training to support your career progression.

Based in East Yorkshire, you will work with a small team across Bridlington, Beverley, Driffield and surrounding areas, learning to advise on land

Aufgaben

• Support rural estate and property management for a diverse client base.
• Assist with sale and letting of residential properties, farms and agricultural land.
• Support the team of agricultural and residential estates.
• Assist with property valuations and develop valuation experience.
• Provide advice on rural property, land ownership and agricultural matters.
• Support utility, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
• Contribute to rural property consultancy and land diversification projects.
• Develop knowledge across general practice and rural surveying.
