Junior RPA Business Analyst
Location: 160 Tooley Street, Southwark, SE1 2QH
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £ 15.67 Per Hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes to identify potential areas for automation and improvement.
  • Support the development, testing, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure RPA solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in RPA training sessions and workshops to gain hands-on experience and deepen understanding of RPA tools and techniques.
  • Assist the RPA development team with the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of RPA processes, workflows, and solutions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the RPA team, including tracking progress, managing tasks, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
  • Must Have:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in process analysis and automation opportunities.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and the potential for automation.
    • Enthusiasm for technology and automation, with a genuine interest in learning about RPA.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and techniques related to RPA.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (not mandatory, but a plus).
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (not mandatory, but beneficial).
    • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or technologies (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
    • Previous experience in business analysis or process improvement is desirable but not required.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management frameworks is a bonus.
