Job summary

Sikla in Milton Keynes is seeking a Junior/Graduate Revit and BIM Technician to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for a graduate, junior or early-career candidate who already has substantial Revit ability.

You will maintain templates, support modelling, assist with model integration and help develop Revit content for Sikla modular steelwork systems, collaborating with engineers to deliver clear, coordinated outputs.

Qualifications

• Graduate, junior or early-career with up to 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong Revit ability with model setup, templates and family creation.
• Understanding of Revit administration, standards, shared parameters and content management.
• Able to demonstrate Revit competence through work, training, portfolio or practical assessment.
• Experience with other BIM software welcome; Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Revit templates, families, project setup and shared modelling standards.
• Support day-to-day Revit use within the engineering team and resolve modelling issues.
• Assist with Revit model integration, coordination exports and interoperability with other software.
• Produce and update 3D models and drawings using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Help maintain consistent BIM workflows, naming conventions and model management practices.
• Support the development of Revit content for Sikla modular steelwork systems.
• Work with engineers to turn design information into clear, coordinated outputs.
