Job summary

Sikla is seeking a Junior/Graduate Revit and BIM Technician to join our Milton Keynes engineering team. The role targets graduates or early-career candidates with strong Revit ability and a willingness to take ownership of BIM templates, families and workflows.

You will support day-to-day Revit use, assist with model integration and coordination, and help develop content for Sikla modular steelwork systems, turning designs into clear, coordinated outputs with engineers and CAD colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate, junior or early-career candidate with relevant BIM experience.
• Strong Revit ability and familiarity with templates, families and project setup.
• Understanding of BIM integration and ISO 19650 principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Revit templates, families, project setup and shared modelling standards.
• Support day-to-day Revit use within the engineering team, resolving modelling issues.
• Assist with Revit model integration, coordination exports and interoperability with other software.
• Produce and update 3D models and drawings using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Help maintain consistent BIM workflows, naming conventions and model management practices.
• Support development of Revit content for Sikla modular steelwork systems.
• Work with engineers to turn design information into coordinated outputs.
