Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Acquisition Manager to identify and progress new store opportunities, supporting the expansion of our store portfolio. You will work with experienced Acquisition Managers and senior property leaders to develop site sourcing, commercial appraisals, transaction management and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Real Estate or related fields, with MRICS in progress or achieved, and have experience in commercial

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification in progress or recently achieved.
• Experience in commercial property, agency, development or related property environment.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and appraisal of new store opportunities with market research and site assessments.
• Assist progression of acquisition opportunities, liaising with landlords, agents and developers.
• Manage acquisition trackers, appraisal records and approval documentation.
• Prepare financial appraisals, site evaluations and business case information.
• Build relationships with internal and external property contacts to transition sites into delivery.
