Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support its growing property team across the UK. The role focuses on coordinating store development projects from pre-construction through to handover, working with experienced project managers and the broader Property team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, fit-out, property, facilities management or project coordination environments.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of project management principles with an interest in retail delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of new store openings, relocations, refurbishments and refresh projects from planning to handover.
• Manage smaller-scale projects and works packages ensuring on-time delivery, budget and quality.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting and contractor management.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing project updates and ensuring effective communication.
• Conduct site visits and support compliance with Building Regulations, CDM and Health & Safety standards.
