A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Junior Resuscitation Practitioner to support the resuscitation service and deliver training programs. The role involves working with teams to enhance patient safety and deliver critical care training. The ideal candidate will have a professional clinical qualification and relevant experience in acute care.
We are recruiting for a Junior Resuscitation / IsSAFE Practitioner who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. You will join the Resuscitation Service to support the resuscitation improvement strategy and deliver the IsSAFE programme (In-situ Simulation Applying human Factors Evaluation) across the organisation's clinical areas, helping ensure the service develops to fulfil the needs of East and North Herts NHS Trust staff and maintain a safe environment for patients. You will work across the Trust to ensure effective and safe delivery of care, particularly in partnerships with teams such as critical care outreach and sepsis, with a drive to prevent patient deterioration. You will work with the Non-Medical Education team and Medical Education team to deliver training and in-situ simulation to all clinical staff employed by the Trust and support continued improvement in education across the Trust.
