Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency.
- Strong understanding of restructuring frameworks, debt and capital instruments.
- Experience advising on financial restructuring transactions or formal insolvency situations
- Excellent drafting, analytical and strategic advisory skills
- Adaptability to work across multi-jurisdictional, complex mandates in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach with commercial awareness and strong client-handling ability
Responsibilities
- Advise on complex restructuring and insolvency mandates across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and review transactional and advisory documents with precision and commercial insight.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to manage high-stakes restructurings and negotiations
