Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates seeks a motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team in Inverurie. The role targets candidates at NQ to 3 years' PQE with a focus on residential property work and related conveyancing tasks.

You will advise clients on sales, purchases and mortgage security, prepare and finalise missives, and handle complex title matters, including plots, servitudes and related transactions.

Qualifications

• NQ–3 PQE in conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
• Experience drafting deeds/servitudes

Responsibilities
