The role covers all aspects of residential transactions, including purchases, sales and related legal processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.

Newly qualified through to senior solicitors are welcomed; crofting law or Land Court experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with admitted status and right to practise in Scotland.
• Experience in residential conveyancing preferred but not essential for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Handle all facets of residential property transactions, including purchases and sales.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
