QED Legal Recruitment Limited is representing a Leicestershire law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer at NQ–3 PQE to join their growing team with offices in Loughborough and Leicester. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion across a broad range of residential property work, including freehold, leasehold, and remortgages.

This client-facing role emphasizes strong communication and relationship-building, with training and development and clear progression

Qualifications

• NQ–3 years' PQE, or equivalent
• Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent property professional
• Experienced in handling residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients
• Keen to develop experience across a broad range of property transactions
• Organised and able to manage own caseload
• Enjoys being part of a team while also being trusted to manage their own work

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion
• Handle a broad range of residential property work including freehold/leasehold, registered/unregistered property, remortgages and shared ownership
• Develop into a well-rounded property lawyer with support from an experienced team
• Build relationships with clients and other professionals involved in transactions
