What the day will look like

  1. Involvement in the end-to-end Reinsurance placement process, coordinating with relevant company functions and management support.
  2. Providing technical and administrative support for the Account Executive team in placing and servicing Facultative Reinsurance.
  3. Processing placements and liaising with offshore teams to ensure invoices are prepared and issued on time.
  4. Generating and reviewing contractual documentation, including contract wordings, endorsements, invoices, and evidence of cover.
  5. Resolving queries from clients and reinsurers, liaising with colleagues across departments and offices as needed.
  6. Collecting and analyzing data for market submissions and presentations.
  7. Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management and mandatory training participation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Prior experience in insurance and/or reinsurance brokerage, preferably in Financial Lines, with familiarity in Crime, D&O, and Cyber products on the Reinsurance market.
  • Excellent data analysis and processing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills; knowledge of additional languages (Italian, Greek, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to read financial statements; knowledge of the financial institutions sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment.
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
