We're looking for an aspirational junior recruiter to join our Business Services team, supporting Pure’s law firm clients with hires across Business Development, Finance, Compliance, and Human Resources.

What's the role?

• Work directly with a market-leading Director in private practice legal recruitment.
• Join the Business Services Team – a newly formed division at Pure, established just 12 months ago.
• An exciting time to come on board, as the team of three has ambitious plans for significant growth.
• Partner with global law firms, with a strong focus on London and New York.
• Gain exposure to high-profile, international work and strategic senior leadership placements.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 6 months recruitment experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Sales-focused, motivated, and determined.
• Resilient, persuasive, and comfortable working on proactive candidate generation.
• A good team player.
