Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and candidates and understand their needs.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for specialist roles.
• Develop your candidate network and talent pools.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Write engaging job adverts and social media content.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial talk to offer.
• Work towards KPIs and revenue targets with training and support.
