What You’ll Be Doing (Once Promoted to Consultant)
  • Building relationships with schools across the East Midlands.
  • Taking job briefs and matching education professionals to long-term and permanent roles.

We believe that work should be rewarding — both professionally and personally. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in our Nottingham City Centre office, 2 from home.
  • Work-Life Balance: Reduced working hours during school holidays.

  • Free daily coffee from Blend Café (on-site).
  • Casual dress and a modern, collaborative workspace.
  • Regular incentives, socials, and high achievers’ events.
  • Earning Potential: £24,000 basic + uncapped commission. OTE £25,000 £35,000+ in your first year once promoted to Consultant.
Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need recruitment experience — just the drive to learn and succeed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in sales, customer service, or education (or are eager to develop these skills).
  • Are confident, ambitious, and enjoy working with people.
  • Have strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Want a structured career path with genuine earning potential and long-term growth.
