Ark Recruitment Academy in Exeter is launching two Graduate Recruitment Consultant positions. No prior recruitment experience is required and a degree is not essential.

You will undergo a structured training programme, learn recruitment from the ground up and work towards a career where progression and earnings are in your hands. You’ll be joining an Exeter-based firm with UK and international reach in Events, Sales, Marketing and more.

What will you actually be doing?

You'll join a structured training programme where we'll teach you recruitment from the ground up.

You'll learn how to:

• Find and headhunt great candidates
• Interview and qualify candidates
• Use LinkedIn and recruitment technology properly
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Develop accounts
• Win new business
• Negotiate
• Run client meetings
• Eventually build and manage your own recruitment desk

You won't just sit in a classroom learning theory.

You'll work alongside our recruiters and leadership team, speak to real candidates and clients and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and ability develops.

You don't need recruitment experience.

You don't even necessarily need a degree.
