Cooper Lomaz is seeking highly driven Junior Account Managers (Recruitment), preferably with sales or recruitment experience, to join our team based in Norwich.

Role Overview:

The Junior Delivery Consultant role is varied, working with a range of businesses and talented candidates. You will collaborate with 360 Recruitment Consultants to manage relationships with clients and candidates, and match candidates to their ideal jobs. Daily tasks typically include:

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Advertising jobs and sourcing candidates
  2. Understanding candidates' skills and motivations through conversations
  3. Sending CVs, arranging interviews, and managing offers
  4. Networking on social media
  5. Meeting candidates and clients

Working Location:
