Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this Junior Recruiter role is to support the internal recruitment team by helping to find, contact, and organise candidates for job vacancies within the company. The Junior Recruiter uses job boards, social media, and other tools to search for suitable people, arrange interviews, and keep recruitment records up to date. This role helps the company hire the right people more quickly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Search for suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Contact candidates by phone, email, or message to discuss roles and check availability.
  • Arrange interviews and support hiring managers with scheduling.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records accurate and up to date.
  • Post job adverts on internal and external platforms.
  • Help maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
