Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of ARM4 & ARM5.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist/undertake contractual and financial aspects of projects.
• Support cost management, budgeting and reporting to client.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost management reports.
• Engage with Project Executives/Managers to gather input data.
• Review trade partner costs and change management submissions.
• Maintain cost management files and documentation.
• Contribute to bid analysis and cost estimates.
• Support governance with cost option reviews.
